Kindle for Mac has finally arrived from Amazon.com. This application will allow you to read eBooks on your Mac computer. In addition to that, users will be able to access their previous Kindle purchases right on their Mac. Need a new book? Connect to the Amazon bookstore from within the program. The application looks a bit bare bones, but it is completely adequate, great to finally have it available, thanks Amazon. Unfortunately, PowerPC and Tiger users are not included in the fanfare as you much have an Intel Mac running OS X, sorry old timers. Ready for download? You can find it here.

John Grisham has made all of his 23 bestsellers available as eBooks, finally hanging up the "no eBooks" argument which has been active for quite some time. We applaud you for finally allowing your fans to read the content they want, with the device they want (without resorting to piracy). Thanks John, we hope many more authors follow suit.
Looks like the books are extremely well priced, starting right around $7.99 and his newest book "Ford County" going for $9.99. You can check out all of his listings by going to Amazon.
UPDATE: Grisham titles are available on Barnes and Noble and Sony's eBook stores. These eBook releases are NOT limited to Kindle owners, anyone with an eBook reader or screen can take advantage!
